Minimally Invasive Gesture Sensing Interface (MIGSI) for trumpet was developed by Sarah Reid and Ryan Gaston at California Institute of the Arts.
An ongoing body of work that explores the manipulation of simple geometric shapes in space, to create a sensation of active moments suspended in time. Quadrilaterals and circles are layered, rotated, skewed, and folded upon themselves to create depth and perspective.
