IDENTITY - Through coaching, creative exercises, experimentation, and play, we work together to uncover and unlock your unique artistic voice and personality. Regardless of what your specific project goal is, this process acts as the gateway to everything else: effortless performance, creative flow, rapid technical development, bigger, bolder ideas, the ability to attract meaningful collaborations and opportunities, to build a supportive, loyal audience, and more.
ACTION + CLARITY - Through action comes clarity. I’ll teach you how to focus your creative ideas, how to develop your inner guide (and tame your inner critic), and how to build a creative practice that ensures you are always moving toward your goals. I will help you cut through the overwhelm and noise, and guide you through creating a plan to get you to your goal with intention and ease.
AMPLIFY - Whether you’re releasing an album, performing onstage, or doing behind-the-scenes sound design, this phase will help you position yourself and your work with confidence, so that you can attract loyal listeners, collaborators, audience, and clients. You’ll get my process for audience-building, my content calendar, my music release playbook, and more.
MOMENTUM - This phase is about ensuring continued creative growth for years to come. We will look into the future and collaborate on strategy, systems, and workflow to get you to your desired outcome—and beyond. From here, we refine, explore, and dive even deeper into your creative practice, moving toward higher levels of performance, music-making, communication, and expression, so that you can move forward with confidence and ease.
By the end of our 6 months together, you’ll have complete clarity on a repeatable workflow to go from “new idea!” to completed project, confidence in your ability to make creative decisions (and execute them!), and a simple plan for a sustainable future-proofed practice that will support you for years to come.

18 One-Hour Private Coaching Calls (3 per month) where we will plan and take action on your personalized Immersion milestones. I’ll help you work past technical roadblocks and mindset challenges so you can embody the most confident, creatively inspired version of yourself possible.
M-F Unlimited Voice/Text Support in between our live sessions so you don’t have to wait to get your questions answered. Voxer is an instant-message and walkie talkie app, meaning you have me at your side, every step of the way, for 6 entire months.
Content/Music Reviews Once Per Week where you get my eyes and ears on what you are creating, so you can make deep progress in all areas of your craft, and receive personalized feedback exactly when you need it most. We will make sure your performances, compositions, mixes, and content represent your creative personality and brilliance, so you can feel confident sharing with the world.

APPLICATION PROCESS
The Private Mentoring program is application only because I want to make sure it’s the perfect fit for you. When you click ‘APPLY’, you’ll be taken to a short application form where I ask a few questions about you and your creative practice. Your answers help me understand where you are, what you’re aiming for, and whether this program is the right container to support you.
To respect both of our time, I ask for a fully refundable $500 deposit along with your application. If you’re accepted, it goes toward your tuition. If it’s not a fit, you’ll receive a prompt refund. This ensures I can give full attention to serious applicants only.
This is a high-touch, personalized program with Sarah on your team every step of the way. Because of the level of support, I can only accept two clients at a time. In addition to direct mentoring, you’ll receive full access to my complete suite of online courses and resources (valued at thousands of dollars) that will continue to support your creative practice long after our 1:1 work together. Investment starts at $2,200/month. If you’re invited into the program, your $500 deposit will be applied toward this tuition.
